The apartment is on the 1st floor in a secure residence.
Private parking: one parking space is available in the basement of the residence.
Swimming pool (closed in winter). Access to the pool is by wristband. Loss of wristband will be billed at €50 (purchase price).
- Maintenance:
The apartment as well as the bedding and household linen are cleaned exclusively by professionals, before and after rental (service included).
We provide a pair of sheets and a large towel per person. Any supplement or damage will be charged. Please ask us in advance.
️ Summer:
In order not to penalize your stay as well as that of the next tenants, please make sure to remove as much sand as possible from your belongings and clothes/shoes before entering the accommodation. Please do not put sand in the shower!
The use of towels supplied as beach towels is forbidden, and may be penalized by a fee. Thank you for your understanding.
