On the Cholet/Nantes axis, ideally situated at the crossroads of the three departments of Maine-et-Loire, Vendée and Loire-Atlantique, come and enjoy this modern, comfortable gîte entirely renovated in an old barn.
You'll be 1 hour from the Atlantic coast and its beaches, 1/4 hour from Cholet, 40 minutes from Nantes and 35 minutes from the Puy du Fou. Not forgetting the famous Hellfest festival in Clisson, just 25 minutes from the gîte.
The accommodation, entirely on one level, comprises a large living room with a fully-equipped modern kitchen opening onto the dining area and lounge, two bedrooms, one with a 160cm x 200cm bed and the other with 2 90cm x 200cm beds, a shower room with a large walk-in shower and vanity unit, and a separate toilet. Outside, a large terrace accessible from the living room and master bedroom lets you enjoy meals in the fresh air.
Just 300 m from the gîte is a small private pond ideal for fishing, relaxing and barbecuing (carp, roach and pike...). A little further on is the river "La Moine". Great walks in prospect!
The 4-person gîte can accommodate 3 extra people, thanks to the sofa bed in the living room and the pull-out bed in the second bedroom. Reservations for more than 4 people can be made on request from the booking office, for an additional charge of €50 per person per week.
The gîte adjoins another gîte that sleeps 2 to 4 people (H49G015761). By renting both gîtes, you can bring together up to 11 people spread over the two gîtes. The outside areas remain well separated, private and not overlooked, as does the parking lot.
Washing machine not private, to be shared with the neighboring gîte. High chair and cot available for babies.
