This gîte is located on a 300m2 plot overlooking the meadow, in the village. A spacious living area with fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher) opens onto the lounge/dining area. The hallway leads to a bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, shower room with walk-in shower and toilet, and laundry room with washing machine. Separate WC. After 3 steps, a landing leads to the 2 air-conditioned bedrooms. A steep staircase leads to a bedroom with 2 90x190 beds. The last bedroom in the right wing has a 160x200 bed. An attic shower room with shower and WC. A terrace in front of the gîte with sun loungers, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. Baby equipment: cot, high chair on request.

In the small village of Capdrot, this former tobacco drying shed has been given a new lease of life. You'll appreciate the loft-style decor, with its mix of metal, wood and plastic, as well as the luminosity provided by the many authentic windows that the owners managed to keep when restoring the building. For the record, the many dryer-cathedrals were built in the 1950s. 3 km from the Bastide of Monpazier, considered the jewel of the Périgord bastides: founded in 1284 by Edward 1st of England, this town has retained its original character (central square surrounded by arcades, perpendicular streets and ramparts). 20 km from the Dordogne Valley and its world-famous sites (Château de Beynac, Château de Castelnaud, Château des Milandes, the bastide town of Domme, the village of La Roque Gageac...), 40 km from Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage, and 40 km from Bergerac and its vineyards.
