In Seignosse le Penon, fully renovated T2 apartment, at the foot of the Landes dunes and shops, ideal for vacations on foot. Located on the 1st floor, it comprises a bright, spacious living room with a 160x200 (2X80) sofa bed, an alcove with a high single bed (not suitable for children under 6) and a separate bedroom with a 160x200 (2x80) bed. You'll also find a fully-equipped kitchen (Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, etc.) and a bathroom with toilet.
There is an elevator in the residence.
The accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price.
