In a quiet, residential area of Saint-Georges-de-Didonne, come and discover this beautiful, recently renovated 3-star house with a pleasant enclosed garden for your vacations with family or friends. Sleeping up to 6 people, it features on the same level: a large 44 m² living/dining area with open-plan kitchen, where meals can be taken as you wish around the large table or central island on the kitchen side (fridge with freezer drawers, oven, hood, MO oven, dishwasher, filter and capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle), the living room (flat-screen TV and DVD player, connected speaker) invites you to relax with its large sofa (convertible: possibility of sleeping 2 people 140x210). Opening onto the terrace, shaded by a large sail, and onto the garden, it's easy to switch back and forth between indoors and outdoors. A small hallway opens onto a separate toilet and cupboard. A second hallway leads to the 2 bedrooms (160cm beds), each with large closets for your personal belongings. One of them opens onto the garden. The shower room has a beautiful Italian shower and toilet (washing machine in the cupboard).
The outside area is well-equipped with large and small terraces, a covered area, garden furniture, deckchairs, charcoal barbecue and electric plancha, and a shed for bicycles.
