In the heart of La Tranche sur Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the Le RÊVE*** residence is the ideal place to spend your vacations in a dream setting. Direct access to the beach, outdoor relaxation pool open from April to the end of September and heated from June, with paddling pool, jacuzzi and secure private parking, paid laundry (washing machine/dryer).
This new 49 m2 garden-floor apartment facing the sea can accommodate 2/4 people.
It is also suitable for people with reduced mobility.
It comprises an entrance hall, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) and dressing room, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. A 28m2 living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge with sofa bed for 2 people and flat-screen TV.
You'll also enjoy a 15m2 loggia terrace with furniture and garden furniture, opening onto the residence's garden, facing the swimming pool and boasting a lovely ocean view.
A private parking space for one vehicle per apartment is also available free of charge. No visitor parking available. Low-speed WiFi access is also available. A 4G box is available for rental (€40/week).
