Nice studio in the hills (Puig Rom) with a community parking space and 400m away from the beach and 300m to the center of Roses. Capacity 1/4 people.
The studio is distributed in:
* Dining room with 2 135 cm sofa beds and TV (Spanish channels and TNT SAT for French channels). Air conditioning.
* Equipped kitchen (microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster ...)

Located in the Puig Rom area (urbanization on the mountain in front of the harbour of Roses) at 400m from the beach and 300m to the center of Roses, where you will find a variety of shops, shops and its large sandy beach.
At 2.700m there is the beach of Canyelles (fine natural sand beach with 3 beach restaurants, a supermarket and bakery open seasonally).
Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travelers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini-golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train to take a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands reservation Natural, animations in summer, walk along the seafront with many restaurants and local specialties. Not to mention the pleasant rest on the sandy beach. The beaches of Roses enjoy an internationally recognized environmental quality certificate.

The price does not include bed linen and towels. You can rent them for €15 /person.
