The house was built in the 19th century and restored in keeping with its history. At the time, there were only vineyards and orchards around the house, today the city has gained ground, but the villa has been preserved.
The accommodation comprises 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 people. Swimming pool allowed until 10pm. Noise pollution is not permitted out of respect for the neighbors.
Accommodation
The fully-equipped accommodation is ideal for a tourist stay. It has: an upright piano, two sea kayaks available, bowls, parking (for up to 4 cars in the garden in front of the villa), ground coffee machine (pressurized), dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, iron, hairdryer and washing machine.
The house is typical of the region and now belongs to a painter, who has set up his studio here.
It is ideally located, 3 minutes by car from the port of Le Manteau, and 5 minutes from the beach of Les Sablettes. The Saint-Mandrier peninsula, a lovely place to visit, is just a few minutes away by car.
Toulon is a 20-minute drive away.
It will be much appreciated for its proximity to local favorites. The accommodation has 4 double beds.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each guest.
Location
La Seyne-sur-Mer is a seaside resort in the south of France. The town is very pleasant because it is touristy without being a victim of mass tourism.
The ideal place to relax by the sea. The large sandy beach and all its shops make it a very pleasant neighborhood for families, couples and anyone who loves the sun and the sea. Plage des Sablettes is 15 minutes away.

Toulon train station is 15 minutes away by car.
Marseille airport is 1h20 away by car.
There are also boat-buses to Toulon.
