It comprises 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 single beds, a large, bright living room, a modern open kitchen, 2 bathrooms and an office area.
Facilities include parking (3 cars can be parked outside), Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, wi-fi, washing machine, iron, hairdryer and barbecue.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
The terrace and large garden will be much appreciated in summer, with outdoor furniture (table and chairs, deckchairs) for eating outside or barbecuing, while enjoying the fresh air and sunshine. A beautiful, secure swimming pool will delight the whole family.
You can choose between the beach at the Saint-Brice lake, just a 10-minute walk away, or the Arcachon basin for a swim. The Prés Salés d'Arès is a 10-minute drive away for family outings, and for film buffs, the Ciné-Club Du Bassin is a 10-minute walk away. The Club Nautique d'Ares is a 4-minute drive away for water sports enthusiasts such as surfing and sailing.
The neighborhood is quiet, and you'll find plenty of shops nearby, including a LIDL and a Leclerc 6 min away by car.

Arès is a commune in the Arcachon basin. Numerous cycle paths allow you to visit the basin without leaving your bike, and to stroll through the forest and along the seashore, amid the scent of pine trees and iodized air. Leaving from the oyster port of Arès, the GR8 hiking trail crosses part of the nature reserve, allowing you to enjoy nature on foot too. At CAP33 d'Arès, visitors can enjoy a wide range of sports and leisure activities, including surfing, golf, pilates, dance, yoga and aquagym.
