Spacious 180-square-meter family home with garden close to the Porto-Vecchio seaside.
Welcome to Porto-Vecchio!
I welcome you to my 180 square meter house with GARDEN ideal for 8 people. It's located in the quiet Marina di Fiori district, close to the sea and shops. The house is ideal for a family holiday.

Accommodation
The house is fully air-conditioned. There are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
- bedroom 1 master suite: 1 double bed and private bathroom. Large terrace overlooking garden.
- Bedroom 2 : suite: two single beds and private shower room. Large terrace overlooking garden.
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed, private bathroom with WC. Access to garden.
- Fully equipped kitchen with access to terrace and garden.
- a 50 m2 living room opening onto a huge terrace in front of the garden.
There's also a large, totally flat, enclosed GARDEN (closed by a motorized gate) out of sight, ideal for games of BABY-FOOT, entertaining and relaxing. Children will also appreciate the tree house and games in the garden. Parents will be reassured by the security of the premises.
You can also take advantage of the outdoor furniture to relax, have meals or aperitifs on the huge sheltered terrace.
Facilities include enclosed parking (3 cars), WiFi, hairdryer, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, air conditioning, barbecue, microwave, oven and iron.
Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest's stay.
In the heart of Porto-Vecchio, you can visit its main attractions: to the south of your accommodation, the beaches of Palombaggia, Tamaricciu, Santa Giulia... To the north, the beaches of Saint-Cyrien and Pinarellu. If you want to experience the mountains, head for the Cascade de Piscia and the Barrage de l'Ospedale, not forgetting the Aiguilles de Bavella.
You can also discover and enjoy activities with the kids: diving initiation at the Hippocampe Centre, bungee jumping and zip lines at the Parc Aventure in Porto-Vecchio, roller coaster shows and rides at Corsica Park.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for some good addresses, and I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you!

Porto-Vecchio
Porto-Vecchio, also known as "La Cité du Sel" (the City of Salt) due to its saltworks between 1795 and 1815, is Corsica's third-largest town. Its reputation now extends beyond the borders of the island of beauty: heavenly beaches, a typical citadel, a pretty marina with terraces and shops, family activities, sports and nightlife are its main assets.
From the picturesque charm of the old town with its narrow streets opening onto little squares, the citadel transformed into a cultural site with a breathtaking view, or the marina bustling with restaurants and ice-cream parlors, you'll be spoilt for choice for a lovely stroll or a drink overlooking the sea.
The neighborhood:
The house is located in Marina di Fiori, a highly sought-after residential area of Porto-Vecchio, just 5 minutes from the town center and port. Shops, attractions and beaches are all close at hand, and the peace and quiet is absolute. Some beaches are within walking distance, such as Marina di Fiori beach and Marina di Fiori cove.

To take advantage of Porto-Vecchio's attractions without taking the car, you can also use the free electric shuttle service provided by the town: located 2 minutes away by car or 5 minutes on foot, this convenience will delight parents and teenagers wanting to enjoy a moment in Porto-Vecchio without constraints.
