Welcome to the "12 Club Royal" in Moliets-et-Maa!
I'm delighted to welcome you to my charming 100-square-meter house, ideally ready to accommodate up to 6 people and up to 8.
It has a spacious terrace, a landscaped garden and a large swimming pool, which will be much appreciated on sunny days. You'll be staying close to the Étang de Moliets, and just a 15-minute walk from the Plage des Chênes Lièges.

Accommodation
The "12 Club Royal" is a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation! Ideally accommodating up to 6 people, and up to 8, the house comprises 2 bedrooms on the ground floor: one, the master suite, with a 160 x 200 double bed and en-suite bathroom, opens onto the large outdoor exotic wood terrace, the second with 2 single beds 0.80 x 200, also with en-suite shower room and WC. The mezzanine is equipped with a pretty, high-quality convertible sofa bed (140 x 200), and can accommodate 1 or 2 extra people if required. There's a second individual toilet on the ground floor, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a beautiful living room and dining area with large bay windows opening onto the terrace. A lovely fireplace with wood-burning insert and contemporary decor complete the picture for your enjoyment! The large terrace in exotic wood is furnished and you have the use of garden furniture and comfortable designer deckchairs: an electric plancha is available free of charge to complete your comfort. New for 2023: a 3-seater sauna by the pool for even more relaxation in all seasons!
The town center is 5 minutes away by car (15 minutes on foot) and Moliets' 2 beaches are 7 minutes away! The Chênes Lièges beach is a quieter, more secluded "green" beach, and the central Moliets beach has bars and restaurants in the vicinity: choose according to your mood of the day!
Moliets Golf &Tennis is a 15-minute walk away, the Adrénaline Parc is an 8-minute bike ride, and the Étang de Moliets is 9 minutes away (also by bike), where you can enjoy a stroll or go fishing! The famous Velodyssée, an easy cycling trail through the Landes forest, is just 5 minutes away...
