"Le Moulin" is a large Provencal Mas of around 220m² that can accommodate up to 8 people.
Quietly located in the countryside of Le Thor and on the banks of the Sorgue, this estate, accessible by a private road, is full of charm. The outdoor setting is very relaxing!
The large, wooded, fenced garden and above-ground swimming pool invite you to relax under the warm Provencal sun. The river (Sorgue), right on the edge of the property (secure access), adds an extra touch of serenity.
Accommodation
Bright, spacious and authentic, the 220 m² house is comfortably equipped for 8 people.
You'll be located in the countryside of Le Thor, on the banks of the Sorgue River. Situated between the villages of Le Thor and Châteauneuf-de-Gadagne.
The accommodation is equipped as follows:
GROUND FLOOR:
- The living room contains numerous armchairs, coffee tables, a fireplace (non-functional) and other furniture, including a bookcase. The next room has a dining area for 8 people.
- The kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, fridge/freezer, blender and cooking utensils.
UPSTAIRS;
- The 2nd living room contains a pool table, desk, armchairs and TV.
- The 1st bedroom contains a single bed (90cm) and a chest of drawers.
- The 2nd bedroom contains a single bed (90cm), a desk and a chest of drawers.
- The 3rd bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and a wardrobe.
- The 4th bedroom contains a double bed (140cm) and a desk.
- Bedroom 5 contains a double bed (140 cm), a small sofa and a chest of drawers.
- The bathroom has a bath, washbasin, bidet and toilet.
- There is also a separate toilet.
EXTERIOR:
- The house is set in the middle of a large 3800 m2 garden, on the banks of the Sorgue river.
- The garden contains an above-ground swimming pool, garden furniture and a dining table. It's big enough for walking and playing.
Please note that the pool is only available from early June. Deckchairs available.

- PASSENGER ACCESS -
The accommodation is on one floor, without elevator. A set of keys is provided.
IMPORTANT: Check-in is from 3pm and no later than 6pm. Check-out is by 10am at the latest.
