Magnificent 117-square-meter apartment in Villeneuve-Loubet.
Welcome to my home!
I am delighted to welcome you to my charming 117-square-meter house, with shared GARDEN and SWIMMING POOL, ideal for tourist vacations and ready to accommodate six people.
It's ideally located in a quiet area, 11 minutes by car from the town center, 10 minutes by car from the BEACH and PORT, and close to bars, restaurants and shops.
We look forward to welcoming you!
Accommodation
The house has three bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds, two bathrooms, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room to relax in after a day out.
You can also take advantage of the GARDEN and furnished TERRACE for lunch, to spend some quality time together outside on sunny days!
There's also a SWIMMING POOL for you to enjoy in summer! It's just 1 minute from the property! Tennis courts and a village with numerous shops (butchers, supermarkets, restaurants...) are also close by.
Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest's arrival. Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
My accommodation is appreciated by travelers for its ideal location. It's in a quiet neighborhood, 11 minutes by car from the town center, 10 minutes by car from the Battery beach and Marina Baie des Anges harbor, and close to bars, restaurants and shops. For your daily needs, there's a Casino supermarket just 16 min away by car.
The house's location means you're within easy reach of tourist attractions such as the Fernand Léger national museum (13 min. drive), the Vaugrenier departmental nature park (11 min.), the Grimaldi castle-museum (14 min.), the Bois des Lutins amusement park (13 min.), the medieval fortress of Villeneuve-Loubet (14 min.), the Biot glassworks (15 min.), Marineland (16 min.)... Nice is only 20 minutes away by car!
