Douceur Caraïbes, so aptly named, is located at the very beginning of the road to La Pointe des Chateaux, in a pretty garden with 2 shaded terraces around a swimming pool.
Ventilated and bright, it's designed for life in the tropics. The living room opens onto the two terraces, the pool and its exotic wood deck. A small sea view recalls the proximity of the surrounding beaches.

The villa is located in the commune of Saint-François, on the eastern part of Guadeloupe known as Grande-Terre. Just a 45-minute drive from Pointe-à-Pitre airport, you'll need less than 5 minutes to reach the town of Saint-François, where you'll find all amenities: shopping center, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, fish and spice market.
You won't want to miss the famous Marina de Saint-François, where you can enjoy a wide range of restaurants and shop in the many boutiques. The Saint-François international golf course, casino and airfield are all just 5 minutes from your luxury villa in Guadeloupe.
Guadeloupe's most beautiful beaches (Plage des Raisins Clairs, Anse à la Gourde, Anse-Champagne, La Coulée) are just 5 minutes from your superb vacation villa.
