The villa has 8 rooms, 7 of them bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, large sun terrace, central garden with barbecue with access to the private pool. 3 individual rear gardens.
The house is rented in its entirety but has 3 rooms to enjoy the whole group in the common area and also have places to have moments of independence.
The main area of the house (central house - Air) consists of living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms with 160 cm bed.
On the top floor of this room with exclusive access from the central patio, is the Sol apartment, which has a 1 bedroom with 2 beds and 1 bathroom.
On the sides that complete the construction of the U-shaped house, there are 2 identical apartments that each have their kitchen, bathroom, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed. and a bedroom living room with 2 beds of 90 cm.
In the central area between the 3 rooms there is a patio that has a barbecue and garden, which gives access to the private pool.
At the rear of each room there is a separate garden for each of them.

Its attractive urban center is located on the slope of a hill at 31 meters altitude, at the mouth of the Salado River. Its whitewashed houses and its busy streets glide smoothly towards the coast, inviting you to get lost in its corners to know the treasures that this sea-flavored town contains.
During the day you can enjoy the impressive spectacle of the fabulous waters of the Strait of Gibraltar and we can see the African coast. The viewpoint of the Fuente de Gallo towards the strait is a symbolic bridge of union between our two continents, Europe and Africa. The area is well connected by public transport, from the town itself to local and metropolitan transport by buses. There is also a good fleet of autotaxis.
The closest airports to Conil are those of Jerez de la Frontera 60 kilometers away, the one of Gibraltar about 80 kilometers away and the airports of Seville 140 kilometers away. From all of them you can reach approximately 40 to 75 minutes by highway.
