This beautiful duplex studio has a small open kitchen in the entrance equipped (ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle), a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet. On the first floor, you have a sleeping area with two single beds close to each other allowing a 160cm bed and an alcove with a single bed. The lounge area is equipped with a sofa bed 140 for two people.
For your comfort you have two televisions, one in the living room and one upstairs in the sleeping area.
