With a surface of 30m2 for 4/5 persons, on the ground floor with a terrace facing south.
This divisible studio with south facing terrace and close to the Montchavin gondola is composed of an equipped kitchenette (electric plates, toaster, electric coffee maker, oven), a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
In the living room you have a double bed (140 cm) with a sliding partition to create two separate sleeping areas.
The night corner has a single sofa bed and a set of bunk beds (forbidden to children under six years).
For your comfort you have a flat screen television.
