Nearby is the prestigious Prado Museum, which exhibits classic paintings by Goya, Velázquez and Bosch, and the Madrid City Hall, located in the Palacio de Cibeles, a neo-Gothic building that offers one of the best panoramic views of the city from its rooftop terrace.
