For an ideal vacation, come and discover this beautiful seafront apartment on the 7th floor of a building located just a stone's throw from Tanchet beach, its sailing and surfing club, as well as all the shops, Arago market and Presidents district. The apartment offers excellent amenities. Entrance hall with built-in closet, living room opening onto balcony and lounge, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, hood, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, oven, wine cellar), bedroom with 160cm bed and built-in closet, bedroom with 180cm bed base and 2 90cm mattresses and built-in closet, shower room with washing machine/dryer, separate WC with hand-washer. Garage in the basement of the building. Fiber optic cable in apartment. To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, €800.00 deposit by bank check and €90.00 cleaning deposit. Vacation vouchers accepted.
