We offer this charming duplex apartment for rent in Saint-Nic, redecorated in July 2023, less than 150 m from the beach. It measures 35 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony. Bed linen, towels and wifi included, we're waiting for you!
