We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Embrun, this charming studio with a surface of 32 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 7th floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an equipped kitchenette, a nice bedroom, a bathroom.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- In the entrance a bunk bed.
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- A kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.
Outside :
- A balcony of 5 m², facing south with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. You can also enjoy a view of the lake and the mountain.
The studio is ideally located in Embrun, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also stores, restaurants, bars, market...
