Composed of two independent apartments, the house for rent as a whole is ideal for a large family with friends or for 2 families... The accommodations have a terrace as well as a lounge area with a flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray player. . The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a refrigerator and a coffee machine. The private bathrooms have shower baths.
The house 2 Appartements de Rue Sylvia Montfort also has a Sauna and a barbecue. Free Wi-Fi and free private parking are available.

The ground floor has two bedrooms with double comfort beds on the first floor: 2 bedrooms, one with 1 bed 160 x 200 spring mattress + memory foam, the other bedroom has 2 single beds 190x90 that can be put together. 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms make up the house. A Spa area with Sauna to complete.
