We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Villers-sur-Mer, this charming house air-conditioned with less than one kilometre of the beach, with jacuzzi, of a surface of 310 m ² and being able to accomodate to 10 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room, an open kitchen equipped on the dining room, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and you will be able to enjoy a garden of approximately 600 m² as well as a terrace with what to satisfy your moments between friends or in family. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A large living room with TV and sofa.
- A dining area open to the kitchen.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1 (master suite): a king-size bed (180×200) and its adjoining shower room.
- Separate toilet.
On the 1st floor :
- A cinema room/children's playroom, with board games available.

- A beautiful garden of 600 m² and a terrace with furniture (trampoline, football pitches, table tennis...) to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Villers-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant and quiet environment within a residential area. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
The location of this accommodation will allow you to take advantage of a multitude of activities: walk along the coast, discovery of the cliffs of the black cows and the Greenwich meridian, visit of the Paleospace museum, swimming, mini-golf, horse riding, tennis, volleyball, bowling, paragliding, nautical pole, swimming.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park in a private car park that can accommodate 2 vehicles.
As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Regular bus lines from Paris to Deauville, as well as from Deauville to Villers-Sur-Mer with a passenger stop behind the residence.
- Montparnasse station from Paris to Deauville.
- Deauville to Villers-Sur-Mer station with regular services.
- Villers-Sur-Mer train station is about 22 minutes walk and 4 minutes drive and Houlgate is about 13 minutes drive.
- Le Havre-Octeville airport is approximately 50 minutes away by car.
Other remarks :
- For your safety and that of the owners, the house is equipped with anti-intrusion security devices (alarms and radar). These devices are not cameras.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free Wifi available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The garage is suitable for storing bicycles.
- The accommodation has motion detector cameras that are not activated during stays.
- The fasteners on the hot tub cover are fragile and should only be opened by adults. In the event of breakage, a charge of €50 will be made for each fastener.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
