"LE RAGUENES-PLAGE INTERNATIONAL " is affiliated to the AIROTELS DE FRANCE chain.
The campsite is located in a touristic, calm and restful setting. It is a wooded park and flowered by all kinds of species and birds. A pedestrian and private path leads you directly to the very large sandy beach of Raguenez (at a distance of 300 meters). This beach, located in front of the campsite, is very safe for children. The sea is ideal for fishing and water sports. It opens on the islands of Glénan, Groix, Verte and on the peninsula of Raguénez. In the port of Raguénez, a slipway is designed for the descent of boats and access to anchorages (on request to the town hall). Raguénez is located in the commune of Névez, near the towns of Pont-Aven and Concarneau.
Thanks to its numerous assets, exceptional site, quality of its equipment, multiplicity of activities, "Le Raguénes Plage" leaves in the memory of all, an unforgettable memory of vacations.

Description of the region
Névez is a coastal resort in South Finistère which has preserved its wild landscapes and its typical heritage.idyllic place to recharge your batteries, it is nature in its purest state, the countryside by the sea.
Land of lights and contrasts where the strength of the sea is married to the sweetness of the river Aven. The landscapes between land and sea, cameos of green and blue have kept the imprint of painters and stonecutters.
The village of Raguenez offers the most beautiful beach of the commune, it is not a coincidence if the Névéziens baptized the Eastern side of the beach "Tahiti"! Fine sand on several kilometers and turquoise water. Facing the small port of Raguenez, the island of the same name where the factory that transformed the seaweed into iodine was once located. Today private, an easement of passage allows you however to make the turn of it. Attention, the island is accessible only the 3 hours preceding or following the low tide. L'île verte stands out behind l'île de Raguénez and to the southwest, you can see the Glénan archipelago. Superb sunsets.
