We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Palais, the ground floor flat of this charming house where you can stay, of a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate 2 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 24 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you will be able to enjoy a garden with trees of about 2 000 m² and a terrace. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 24 m² with TV, sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- A 16 m² bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet.
Please note that the first floor of this house is occupied, so you will only have access to the ground floor and outside.
Exterior:
- A beautiful garden of about 2,000 m², with trees and flowers, facing South-West.
- A terrace of 30 m² facing South, South-West, it is shaded and fitted out with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Palais, in a very pleasant and quiet environment at the edge of the village. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
Recognized as a nature destination, this region is full of beautiful landscapes and breathtaking views! Ideal place for the amateurs of discovery, you will have the occasion to walk or cycle along the numerous paths of the canton or the mountains of the Basque Country located at only a few minutes of road.
Go to Saint-Palais to enjoy a good meal in one of the town's restaurants, stroll through the town center, try a game of Basque pelota on one of the many frontons...
If you want to discover the region, this apartment is a good base, go to discover the coast by criss-crossing the roads for 1 hour to get to Bidart, Anglet, Biarritz ... and their famous beaches where surfing and festive atmosphere are mixed!
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free near the accommodation.
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Ossès-Saint-Mart-d'Arrossa train station located about 35 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Biarritz-Pays Basque airport located about 54 minutes away by car.
