We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Cenon, close to Bordeaux, this charming apartment in duplex of a surface of 115 m ² and being able to accomodate to 8 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 44 m², an open equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and two terraces as well as a balcony. Linen provided. We are waiting for you!
The housing is composed as follows:
On the ground floor of the duplex:
- A living room of 44 m² with TV, sofa, and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...

- A balcony of about 9.5 m², facing South-East with furniture, accessible from the rooms on the lower floor.
- A terrace facing South, about 34 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days, accessible from the living room.
- A second terrace facing South-East, of about 45.5 m² accessible from the duplex floor.

The apartment is ideally located in Cenon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Not far from Bordeaux, Cenon is drawn at the top of a small hill whose summit culminates at 70 meters of altitude on the right bank of the Garonne. Overlooking the alluvial plains and the Bordeaux region, it opens up into the charming Entre-deux-Mers and offers a breathtaking 180-degree view of the river.
- Tourist sites: the city of Bordeaux (a city of art and history with a prestigious heritage), Saint-Émilion (a charming medieval city renowned for its vineyards), the Gironde estuary, Bourg (a picturesque little town on the banks of the Dordogne), Libourne (a port bastide).
