very average accommodation / cleanliness needs to be reviewed and equipment outdated / awning out of order / dirty chair cushions / garden not maintained / seen with agency on site, the owner refuses to charge! M is quite happy to pocket the money! It's a pity, because it's a nice residence and very well maintained. The other units look well maintained.
