The apartment is located in the center of Lorient in the sought after area of merville. Shops, bakeries, bars, restaurants and bus stop at the bottom of the apartment. Hyper-center of Lorient just 10 minutes walk. Access to La Base/Sailing Valley site (nautical activities, tour of Lorient harbour, boarding for the islands of Groix and Belle-Ile-en-Mer) at 10 minutes by car.
It has 3 bedrooms with blackout shutters (1 double bedroom, 2 single bedrooms and a comfortable convertible sofa in the living room), a kitchen open to the living room, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. It is fully furnished. Ability to log in to your own Netflix account.
The kitchen includes, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, toaster, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave, French press coffee maker.
