Welcome to Paradise.Our house is very spacious, with lots of light and surrounded by a garden full of orange and lemon trees. The pool is 12 x 4 meters and we also have an organic garden. It is located in a quiet place just 20 minutes from Malaga and the nearest beaches and, in winter, it is an ideal place to spend a few days because its fireplace and surroundings make this house a paradise all year round.Number of bedrooms: 3; Number of other rooms with beds: 0
Our house is very spacious, with lots of light and surrounded by a garden full of orange and lemon trees. The pool is 12 x 4 meters and we also have an organic garden. It is located in a quiet place just 20 minutes from Malaga and the nearest beaches and, in winter, it is an ideal place to spend a few days because its fireplace and surroundings make this house a paradise all year round.
The house has 3 very spacious rooms, with 2 beds of 90 each, very comfortable mattresses and lots of light. It also has air conditioning in all rooms and in the living room (where there is a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people). There are 2 bathrooms (one en suite) with very large bathtubs, an equipped kitchen and 2 terraces that communicate with the garden and the pool.We provide pool and beach towels at no additional cost.
Outside there is a pool of 12 meters x 4, with hammocks to enjoy the sun. There is also a relaxation area, next to the garden with fruit trees made up of benches with a beautiful fountain and a front terrace that also overlooks the garden.
The house is located in a very quiet urbanization but with everything nearby: bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a shopping center. The town center is 2 kms. In addition, there is direct access to the motorway with Malaga (the airport is 20 minutes away), Marbella, Fuengirola and Mijas are 25 minutes away.
Nuestra casa es muy espaciosa, con mucha luz y rodeada de un jardín lleno de naranjos y limoneros. La piscina es de 12 x 4 metros y también tenemos una huerta orgánica. Se encuentra en un lugar tranquilo a tan solo 20 minutos de Málaga y de las playas más cercanas y, en invierno, es un lugar ideal para pasar unos días ya que su chimenea y entorno hacen de esta casa un paraíso durante todo el año.
La casa tiene 3 habitaciones muy amplias, con 2 camas de 90 cada una, colchones muy cómodos y mucha luz. También dispone de aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y en el salón (donde hay un sofá cama muy cómodo para 2 personas). Hay 2 baños (uno en suite) con bañeras muy grandes, cocina equipada y 2 terrazas que comunican con el jardín y la piscina. Proporcionamos toallas de piscina y playa sin coste adicional.
En el exterior hay una piscina de 12 metros x 4, con hamacas para disfrutar del sol. También hay una zona de relax, junto al jardín con árboles frutales formada por bancos con una bonita fuente y una terraza delantera que también da al jardín.
La vivienda se encuentra en una urbanización muy tranquila pero con todo cerca: bares, restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados y centro comercial. El centro del pueblo está a 2 kms. Además, hay acceso directo a la autovía con Málaga (el aeropuerto está a 20 minutos), Marbella, Fuengirola y Mijas están a 25 minutos.
