We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Le Barcarès, this charming flat with sight released on the sea, with less than 50 meters of the beach, of a surface of 33 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room, an open plan fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a shower room. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area :
- A living room of 15 m² with an extra bed and dining area.
With an open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, hotplates, fridge...
Night area:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
- A lounge area with a sofa, a TV and a double wall bed (140x190) separated by curtains.
The flat is ideally located in Le Barcarès, in a very pleasant environment facing the beach. There is a pedestrian alley between the flat and the beach, it is called the "allée des arts". Artists have created works all along this alley like an open-air museum. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Tourist sites : Perpignan (the capital of Roussillon), Canet-en-Roussillon (seaside resort), Port-Barcarès, (seaside resort), Argelès-sur-mer, Collioure (pearl of the Vermeille coast)...

- Cultural visits: the fortress of Salses (jewel of Spanish military architecture)
- Gastronomic heritage: wine discoveries and tastings, the Collioure anchovy, the Roussillon apricot...

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the residence's car park.

- Nearest train station: Leucate train station located at about 15 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Perpignan airport located at about 20 minutes by car.

Lack of clarity in the apartment Unpleasant smell due to the old fridge, I don't understand why we didn't remove this device which is no longer used. In the afternoon when it is hot, you have to close the curtains, because it is 30 degrees in the room, or put a small portable air conditioner in the room It's like the middle of the night.
