Gîte conveniently located near the Loire Valley and Sologne, on the route des châteaux de la Loire. Just 20 min from Orléans, 15 min from Château de Meung-sur-Loire, 4 min from La Loire... First floor: fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, large living room with pellet stove and dining area, laundry room (with washing machine and tumble dryer), shower room with bathtub, separate toilet. First floor: one bedroom (3 x 90 cm beds), one bedroom (1 x 140 cm bed), one bedroom (1 x 160 cm bed), small shower room with toilet.
Private parking under a shelter on site (possibility of parking 2 cars).
Veranda under construction.
Enclosed grounds with garden table and deckchairs for relaxing (50m² grassed area and 30 m² terrace and gravelled courtyard).
Internet box in the gîte.
All-inclusive price: heating included, bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival and end-of-stay cleaning included (dishes and garbage not included).
