Located on the edge of the cycle path, discover a magnificent apartment refurbished in July 2022.
Ideal for 2 to 4 people for vacations with family or friends, this apartment is on the 1st floor of a large house (no elevator).
You can enjoy the large garden of this quiet, fenced property.
You'll have direct access to the cycle path (which runs around the lake!) through a gate at the bottom of the garden!
The accommodation comprises a bedroom with double bed (160x200cm) and storage space, as well as access to the balcony with mountain views, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC.
The apartment is equipped with high-speed WIFI, TV, double coffee machine, raclette machine, dishwasher and washing machine.
Bonus: the bedroom and living room are air-conditioned!
Many shops, including supermarkets, are within walking or cycling distance, and the nearest beach is just 500 meters away!
Parking included, in the courtyard.
Household linen is provided for your stay.
Non-smoking apartment, pets not allowed.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm, but if the apartment is available we will be happy to welcome you earlier. For arrivals after 9pm, if an autonomous arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of 20€ will be charged.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
