Just a stone's throw from Lac de Biscarrosse, in a verdant setting, come and discover the charm of this beautiful family villa with heated swimming pool, which can accommodate 10 people (8 adults and 2 children). The location is ideal for a stay of a week or more with family or friends, as you can walk or cycle to the Biscarrosse lake for boating or paddle-boarding, and you have close access to the Landes cycle paths. You're also 12km from Biscarrosse plage for surfing lessons. The villa comprises an entrance hall and five bedrooms: four bedrooms with fitted wardrobes on the first floor, two of which have a double bed (160cm), one with two single beds (90cm) and a children's bedroom with two single beds (80x200cm) and a crib. Two bedrooms have their own shower room. Upstairs, a master bedroom with a 160cm bed, bathroom and dressing room. A mezzanine with an office area ideal for telecommuting. A separate bathroom with bath and shower. Two separate WCs for added comfort. A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a large main room with a dining area and living room with TV and WIFI (wood-burning stove inaccessible). A storeroom with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, you'll enjoy a large terrace where you can enjoy your meals, as well as garden furniture with a shaded sail for cocktails, all overlooking a vast 1300 m² plot with heated swimming pool from June to September. Several parking spaces are also available in front of the property. The Villa is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras. A sunny vacation awaits you!
