You'll reach the lake and the Paquier (a large stretch of grass bordering the lake) in less than 2 minutes on foot: only 150 m separate the apartment from the lake!
In a historic building, discover a charming apartment with exposed beams, ideal for 2 people and able to accommodate up to 3, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with WC.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a pedestrian street. Double-glazed windows ensure a peaceful night's sleep.
The bedroom has a large double bed (160x200 cm) and plenty of storage space.
The living room features a sofa bed.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with high-speed WiFi.

Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

A window does not close. Security and temperature are not the best The cleaning is to be reviewed. A fixed price of 45€ is taken for this one. I would have preferred to do it myself and I would have returned an apartment much cleaner than when I arrived. Apart from that, the apartment is very well arranged, the bedding is good and the location is great.
