The Moulin de la Rongère is more than just a towpath along the Mayenne, it's a historic residence that offers an exceptional setting for living in tune with the river's current. Every window is a window onto water, nature and birds.
The Moulin de la Rongère offers 5 bedrooms with private shower rooms, ideal for families or groups of friends. Ideal for 5 couples (plus children), the mill can accommodate up to 14 people.

Your accommodation comprises: 3rd floor: large 150m² living room with fitted kitchen, lounge with wifi and TV, board games, pool table, shower room with toilet, washing machine.
2nd floor: 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 80 (including 1 of 40m² with private bathroom and wc); 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90; wc with separate washbasin. Landing with table tennis.
1st floor: 2 suites: one with a double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room/wc; one with 2 communicating bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (90cm) and en-suite shower room/wc. Living room with mini-kitchen, balconies at each end of the accommodation.
Ground floor: waterfront storage room with nautical equipment available (1 kayak and some fishing gear), closed bicycle storage area.
Cleaning deposit 150€.
Combined electric and wood-fired heating. Included in the price.
On request to reservation service: €20/stay per additional person (max 3 pers.: 2 folding beds - 1 mattress).
2 small 6m² secure terraces over the water...for breakfasts or aperitifs!
Pets not accepted.
Please call the owner 24 hours in advance to arrange key delivery, between 4pm and 6pm. Please note that the mill is surrounded by water, so you'll be more comfortable if you can arrive during the day.
After dropping off your luggage, you can park along the road leading down from the village of Saint Sulpice, so as not to block either the towpath or the lock gates.
If you cross the lock by one of the footbridges in front of the mill (there are 2 footbridges for the lock, at least one of which is always accessible at all times), you can enter through the large green door of the mill at R de C or through the window door of the balcony downstream, accessing it by the outside staircase.
Please respect the neighborhood: after 10 p.m., close your car doors slowly, don't shout in front of the lock house, etc.
