Our home has 60,63m2 and is very nice and cozy. It is completely renovated and ready to receive you.
It has 1 complete bathroom with bathtub and 1 toilet.
There are 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 2 single beds
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds
Room 3: 1 bunk bed
we have installed air conditioning, heating and Wifi to make sure you feel comfortable during your stay.
The kitchen is well equipped and in the dining room you will be able to enjoy nice meals with your family and friends.
There is also a balcony in the apartment.
You will have public parking (for a fee) and the subway just 100m away.
Our city is worth to be explored and we will be happy to give you all the necessary suggestions to make your stay a wonderful one.
To keep in mind:
We appreciate your good behavior and respect for the rest of neighbors, the hours of silence is from 22:00 to 8:00
.Celebrations such as bachelor parties or birthdays are not allowed.
*The guest will receive a link where he/she will have to pay the tourist tax imposed by the local government (not included in the final price of the accommodation).
