Charming, refurbished T2 apartment for 4 people at the gateway to the historic center. Wifi and fans
Discover the city center with its lively market, cobbled streets and magnificent canals of "La Petite Venise des Alpes".
This apartment sleeps 4, on the 2nd floor with elevator. The Thiou promenade is just 200 m away, allowing you to reach the heart of the historic center on foot in 10 min. The train station is just 8 minutes away.
The main bedroom has a double bed (140x190), and there's also a closed sleeping area with a bunk bed (the top bunk is not suitable for children under 8).
The apartment is equipped with TV, wifi, and all you need for a pleasant stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, raclette machine, hairdryer... Open kitchen with central island (oven, microwave, fridge, induction hob...).
Bathroom with shower. Separate WC.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen cloths are provided for your stay.

Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay. A bakery is 40 m from the building.
The lake is 15 min away on foot, 5 min by bus. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
️ A large parking lot (chargeable from 9am to 7pm) is located in front of the building. The "Chevêne" public parking lot is a 4min walk away.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has maintained its architectural and historical heritage.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
