VerdeMare Holiday Home is a comfortable apartment of about 100 square meters with 5 beds located in the heart of the town of Porto Recanati, 2 minutes walk from the beach and is in a very quiet area where there are all the main services such as supermarkets, bars. , pharmacies, etc ..
The house offers two bedrooms and a bathroom and is an excellent base for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a beach holiday surrounded by all the main services
VerdeMare Holiday Home is a comfortable apartment located in the heart of the town of Porto Recanati about 100 meters from the sea, easily reachable on foot or by bicycle, in the splendid Conero Riviera. The apartment is on the second floor of an apartment building and is served by a lift; in total it offers 5 beds in total and is ideal for couples of friends and families who want to spend their holidays in the famous Riviera del Conero, which has been confirmed by the Blue Flag for several years now. Furnished in a classic style, the house offers two bedrooms, a full bathroom, large living area, a separate kitchen and a small terrace.

the house is on the second floor but is equipped with a lift, however, being a historic building, the total opening of the lift is not sufficient for electric wheelchairs
