Villa Rêve Austral is a 3-star luxury villa with magnesium swimming pool for 6 people
This luxury villa was selected by Maison et Jardin magazine for its beauty and elegance.
You'll enjoy a magnificent view over Grand Bois Bay, where you can watch the whales pass by (June to October), and will be just a few minutes from one of the island's most beautiful beaches, Grand Anse.
You'll also be close to the shops and amenities of Grand Bois village and Saint Pierre's lively city center, as well as its lagoon (8 minutes by car).
Villa Rêve Austral is decorated with refinement.
Its spacious living area includes :
- a bright living room with 2 leather sofas, a coffee table, a TV stand and a flat-screen TV.
- a modern, open-plan kitchen with quality equipment: refrigerator with freezer compartment, double overhead hoods, 4-burner induction hob and integrated induction wok, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle, full set of crockery, kitchen utensils...
A beautiful air-conditioned master suite with sea view (200x160 bed) overlooks the veranda and pool. The suite has its own TV and en-suite bathroom with double washbasin, walk-in shower and WC.
The other 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms with garden views share a second bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
Outside, you'll be charmed by the palm-tree decked terrace with sun loungers and deckchairs by the heated swimming pool (swim lane with high-performance magnesium water treatment system: Magna Pool, heated from mid-April to mid-October).
A charcoal-grilled weber BBQ is located next to the garden shed.
OTHER EQUIPMENT: washing machine, highchair and cot (on request), hairdryer, ironing board and iron, bathroom scale. For your walks, picnics and beach outings: umbrellas, coolers, ice packs and baskets are available.
