This charming, secure residence is 2 minutes from Grande Anse beach, 2 minutes from Petite-île village and 10 minutes from Saint Pierre.
The residence comprises 5 charming apartments, all refurbished to a very high standard, with magnificent, spacious terraces overlooking the ocean and a shared swimming pool.
The air-conditioned La Rosé apartment includes : A private terrace with 2 armchairs and a coffee table, a sun lounger and a dining table for 4. A spacious double bedroom (bed 160x200), desk area, opaque curtain and large dressing room + washing machine, clothesline and umbrella bed (on request). A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (microwave oven, NESPRESSO coffee maker, kettle, oven, complete kitchen utensils...), with living area (comfortable sofa bed, TV with 10 channels to choose from) sea view. A bathroom with shower cubicle and double washbasin, toilet and 2 bathrobes are provided.
A shared outdoor kitchen with barbecue and plancha is available.
You can also relax by the pool with sun loungers or enjoy lunch under the pergola in the communal area.
