Villa Est'time authentic charm, come and discover the east of Reunion Island
Located in Saint-André, villa Est'time offers the authentic charm of the east of the island. Just five minutes from the main roads and all amenities.
COVID 19: cleaning and disinfection are carried out in accordance with a reinforced COVID sanitary protocol after each rental.
A blend of tradition and modernity, the Est'time villa is eco-responsible thanks to the production of photovoltaic electricity and its decoration and materials in typically local wood and basalt stone.
All on one level, the villa faces its lush, unoverlooked tropical garden, a vast open varangue and a saltwater swimming pool area, secure and heated from June to October. Enjoy the bar and outdoor kitchen!
The EST'TIME villa has a maximum capacity of 8 people and is equipped with fiber optics.
You'll discover a large living room with a piano, four air-conditioned bedrooms including a master suite, and three bathrooms including an outdoor one.
A fully-equipped designer kitchen awaits you: gas hob, full set of crockery, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, rice cooker, etc. An outdoor kitchen is also available for cooking delicious local dishes.
Also available: iron, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, cot and high chair.
Cleaning service at the end of your stay and household linen (towels, sheets, pillowcases, bath mats and tea towels) are included in the price.
Private parties are not permitted in the rented property.
On arrival, your receptionist will be on hand to provide you with information about the surrounding area and activities.
