In the commune of Salavas, we offer this charming 100 m² air-conditioned apartment in a house with a shared swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. Located on the 1st floor, it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 150 m² shared garden, as well as a private terrace. The accommodation is composed as follows
Day area :
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee maker...
- Veranda with dining area.
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- Bathroom with shower.
- Two separate WCs.
Exterior:
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather.
Communal area:
- A swimming pool (shared by both gîtes, unheated) measuring 11m×4m, 1m50 deep, open from April to the end of September (opening dates non-contractual) enclosed and secure.
- Enclosed garden around the pool with swing and slide for children.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Salavas, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. The property boasts an idyllic setting, with a flower-filled garden and views of the wilderness, on the edge of a wood. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Sightseeing: medieval towns, historic centers, castles, Balazuc (Ardéchois village of character)...
- Sports activities: Canyoning, canoeing, hiking, horse riding, quad biking, Via Ferrata, acrobranche, cycle touring...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's parking lot, which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.

- Nearest train station: Pierrelatte station, about 45 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Nîmes Alès Camargue airport located about 1h30 away by car.
Other remarks:
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for a supplement of €30/stay/pet.
- Bed linen is included.
- Bathroom linen is not included. They can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site, towel: 10€, bath mat 3,50€).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use, as well as emptying garbage cans, putting away and cleaning used crockery.
- Another apartment is available within the house, which can also accommodate 6 travelers. You can reserve it in addition, subject to availability.
