Beautiful one-bedroom apartment sleeping 4 in the heart of the Venice of the Alps
Discover the city center with its lively market, cobbled streets and magnificent canals of "La Petite Venise des Alpes".
This apartment sleeps 4 on the 2nd floor (no elevator).
The bedroom has a 160x200 bed and the living room a sofa bed.
The apartment is equipped with a TV, wifi, and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, such as a coffee machine...
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC.
️ Access to the mezzanine is strictly forbidden!
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
️ The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is available in nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the Bonlieu underground parking lots.

Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountainous setting, is known for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has maintained its architectural and historical heritage.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
