We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Cabourg, this charming flat with a surface of 25 m ² and being able to accomodate to 3 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 14 m², an open equipped kitchenette, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a shared enclosed garden and a small private balcony. Wifi (optical fibre) included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 14 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area.
- An open kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, oven, toaster, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.
- An enclosed balcony of about 3 m².

- An enclosed garden shared with the other flats of the residence to enjoy the beautiful days.
The flat is ideally located in Cabourg, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Cabourg, a Mecca of the Belle Epoque with an eclectic heritage. Discover its mythical villas, gardens, dunes and beaches... Only 2 km away is Dives-sur-Mer, a charming town full of listed monuments, you can admire the medieval market hall, the Bois-Hibout manor house or the Notre-Dame church. You can try your hand at sailing or boating at Port Guillaume. This beautiful region promises you a stay full of discoveries!

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private car park of the residence (numbered place for one vehicle).

- Nearest airport: Deauville-Saint Gatien airport located about 35 minutes away by car.
