We're proud to offer you this charming village house in the heart of Mouriès. Completely refurbished, this pretty house is ideal for vacations in Provence, just 1 minute's walk from shops, restaurants and a grocery store. Its pretty 550m² garden in the heart of the village is a haven of greenery, perfect for enjoying the 8x3m swimming pool (heated in off-season) secured by a fence. The house is on 3 levels, with a large living room with lounge, dining room, open kitchen and TV lounge on the ground floor. On the second floor you'll find 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom and 1 air-conditioned bedroom with its own shower room, 1 dressing room and 1 separate toilet. On the second floor you'll find 2 air-conditioned bedrooms sharing a shower room and a laundry room. Everything you need for an unforgettable stay in Provence!

Taxes not included (5.76€ x nb adults + 18 years x nb nights). Deposit: €2,000 to be paid by credit card imprint or bank transfer only, before moving in.
A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage has not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures on arrival, and if any linen is missing.
