A true gem hidden in the gentle Tuscan countryside, 580 meters above sea level, Le Carbonaia is an apartment located in Polle di Meletro, also known as the "village of peace", with its fantastic panoramic terrace, woods and enviable location near the small medieval village of Rivalto. With breathtaking views of the Valdera, the villa's prominent position has maintained a sense of timelessness, peace and tranquility.At the back of the room is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. The bedroom has typical Tuscan features, including wooden beams and exposed stonework. La Carbonaia, located on the first floor of the villa, has its own large terrace, equipped with a table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue.Please note that the villa can only be reached by an unpaved road (dirt road of about 800 meters).The nearest beach is about 28 km away. Chianni is 3 km away and has various stores, cafes, ATMs and a post office. The villa is close to many famous Tuscan monuments. Cities of art include Volterra, San Gimignano, Palaia and Florence, making it an ideal starting point for exploring all of Tuscany.
