The house has 110 m2 that is made up of a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a trundle bed for two people and a desk, and a third bedroom (outside) with two single beds and a double sofa-bed. American kitchen has everything you need, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. The living room is made up of a table for 8 people, a large sofa, a 55' TV with Netflix and SmartTV and a Home Cinema system. 50 mb/s Wi-Fi. It is followed by the 20 m2 porch with a table for 8 people. and overlooking the garden. Large garden of 600 m2 with many plants, palms and trees, an automatic access gate and parking for three cars. It has a large private pool, Finnish sauna for 6 people, large pool table, outdoor rest with comfortable outdoor furniture and awning for shade, summer kitchen complete with countertop, sink, large gas barbecue, refrigerator (150cm) and bar counter.
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Internet is free. Upon check-in, a deposit of 1000 euros is paid.
