This renovated apartment is located in a very popular secured residence in Roscoff, 50 m from the beach of Roc'h Kroum, and from the thalassotherapy, close to the city center of Roscoff, former city of privateers. This large studio is equipped with a permanent 140cm bed, a large bookcase separates the sleeping area from the living room; the kitchen area can be closed by a sliding glass door; the toilets are separated by a door from the shower room; a very pleasant terrace-loggia arranged like a covered garden will delight you for all your meals if you wish, to read, to relax or to sunbathe! A private parking space is provided for this apartment, and it is also possible to store bikes and boards in a room provided for this purpose.
