Come and stay in this beautiful Jullouvillais-style house, ideally located 300 m from shops and 450 m from the beach.
First floor: large living room with lounge/TV area, fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area, individual wc, and master suite with en-suite shower room and wc.
Upstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms, including two with double beds, a third with two 90cm single beds, and a second shower room with wc.
