Just 200m from the Jardin Botanique Littoral de Saint-Jean-de-Luz and 5 minutes from Plage d'Erromardie, a large house awaits you. Just pull up in front of your garage, and before you take your suitcases downstairs, come and have a look around!
You'll enjoy a living/dining room opening onto a garden terrace, and a separate fitted and equipped kitchen that leads directly into the garage. On this same landing, you'll find two bedrooms, one with a pull-out bed (90x200) and the second with two 90x200 beds. Both share a bathroom and separate toilet. Two further bedrooms await you on the upper floor. With shared access to the balcony, one has a double bed (140x190) and the other 3 single beds (90x200). Next door, you'll find a shower room and separate toilet, as well as an office with a 90x200 bed.
The terrace furniture and plancha are just waiting for your convivial meals...so what are you waiting for? Come along...but don't forget your Xistorra - they're not included!
